What is your state's/store Tobacco Refund Policy?

Even with kroger's refund everyone policy many states have no refunds for tobacco products. Mine does too. Even if we try to do it the computer blocks it. I've only ever had one customer demand a refund because she bought the wrong tobacco and was an a$$ hole about it. Due to the price being the same we just had to honor her a same price replacement and toss out the bad product in the back.

It's not an insult to call a wagie a clown.

Clowns make significantly more money than Kroger employees.

And they don't even have to be good.

I remember a particular birthday party from my youth.

The clown had a defective balloon pump. The balloons didn't inflate... but it wasn't a joke.

He just got pissy and talked back to grade-schoolers.

Clownburger employees also make more than Kroger employees.

When you're working for Kroger, there's only four jokes.

Pay, hours, scheduling, and management.

Then I would stick with your policy. It's not worth getting written up, suspended, or fired over tobacco exchanges/refunds.

No customer is worth losing your job. They can get mad and have baby fits all they want.

You know you can google this. It's not that difficult. Many states it's not allowed. The only people I know that return them are the ones where they got the wrong one.
