Kroger doesn't have the best logic. We pulled them to control the thieves stealing credit/debit cards from outside the company and coming in. Kroger being douches thinks it's the other way around. Congrats kroger if you want millions of lost dollars this idiotic ideology is on you.
Our local news did a story about cards having money loaded on them then when the customer went to sue it the balance was zero. It is mostly with the so-called "Vanilla" cards. That might be the reason the Visa cards were removed from your store.
