I want to write a letter of appeal to Kroger because I was suspended from my work over texting a note to my store director. I did apologize to him after it. When I was under this guy as an employee he used leave another associate harass and discriminate me on the job. When I reported it nothing was done to her, but then when I texted this past supervisor I get suspended from work since they felt I was attacking him. I am disabled ands I feel management does not care if I am disabled or not. any advice here, would help, thank you

Dont force yourself on female co workers. Its unwanted and unwarranted. Hopefully she gets a restraining order against you. Such inappropriate behavior especially during the holidays.
