We kept having shoppers with large orders continue to buy well after closing. 10 min lenience generally before management gets on their rear.

We had people TRY but FAILED to slip and beg their way in. They went from.pleading to enraged pissed off in mere seconds when we told them No, sorry (not really) but we cannot (will not) let you in.
One guy hit the door with a fists and wouldn't stop. When the police came he was arrested but needed medical attention for breaking his knucles.
