As for the employee, yes. You laugh at them. Theyre just a bunch of entitled whiny brats who take enjoyment out of dehumanizing those Who provide a VERY essential service. They think that job should not pay a livable wage despite the job itself exists to provide THEM with life and fuel to just exist. These customers are the same ones who cant even follow instructions when they are literally told what to do.
Theyre the same ones who complain about not enough help when they shop yet always say why dont you find a better job when they learn how little you guys make. Retail is psychological hell, but just know that you now have much more experience in holding a temper when dealing with idiots.

Online it sounds easy. In person it is different. Especially if the refugees are in groups of 2 or more. Nowadays your best bet is to keep quiet and ignore them. You never know if your comment of "I don't owe you sh1t." will send them over the edge.
