Dear kroger stop skeleton crewing your stores. Our department has been under staffed for years. It generates high turn over and you obviously won't do a damn thing until sales drop. Staff get exhausted, call out sick and it pinches the department. I know this is nothing new but come on. Get your act together kroger. We need fully staffed departments. When you hire staff actually give them damn hours. Not just hire them in then yank them to another department. Or hire them then they find out they only get 2 shifts a week at best and realize they can't live on that so they end up leaving. I'm honestly getting sick of this dog and pony show. Look kroger mentally I'm sick of your company. I would of been willing to remain until retirement but you've made it all too clear what side you stand on. No I am leaving once I am done with my bachelor degree. This is just a pay check job and nothing more. The amount of ridiculous fantasy rules you push on your stores is beyond mind boggling and getting old. Then you start writing up staff if they don't comply.
