Customer lied and went to the local news media about an item or items was not release or given to the Customer. The employee was harassed for nearly 3 months. The customer later then said "I did it for the attention and to get what I want" Honestly, if customer want attention so the doctor will give the special treatment. The boss supports the customer so the employee be used as scapegoat. The store director did nothing but blames the associate.
The customer started using all the racial benefits claiming to be [race A], [race B], [race C] all the way to [race z]. All the support came in and harassment.
If you want people to believe your story, you need to back it up with facts and details. If the local media did cover the story, then anyone should be able to look it up online. All you have to do is provide the city and the name of the tv station that covered the story or the name of the newspaper that covered the story.

If the customer said that to me after all that harassment, I'd tell them to "f*ck off and get the f*ck away from me before I remove them myself." And then I'd walk away. I don't thunk they'd be able to much about it.

She started posting images without my consent. I took her to court over the defaming and legally she had to take it down. The punishment was harsh like 5k a day if she didn't comply. I'd honestly start getting her a$$ banned from the store for the harassment she put you through. Ever hear of restraining order? I think this qualifies as one.
