Doesn't the Zebra usually self connect? We use zebras for picklist and they connect automatically. I would ask management so the can put in a work order and get the Zebra fixed.
That's correct, the store devices connect to a Segment of the store wifi, which checks to make sure that device's details (usually a mac number or ip address etc.) is registered on the store's authentication server. If that device is listed, the POLICY gives it access to the WIFI without anyone seeing a password screen etc. If you are seeing a password screen, you need to call KSC 1-800-952-8889.
