This company is the people you meet in jail. No one does anything nice unless they want something. Are you their slave? Do you keep them informed and keep their secrets? Will you do harm for them? If you have a team attitude you can get the time off that you want while everyone else does the extra work. Otherwise you are out of luck and you will get joke time off when they want, not when you want. Sorry.
