You're loosing staff left and right to being short staffed and enduring toxic environments.

You can't keep staff long term because of the horrid pay.

Your company is enacting fantasy environments from the office that do not work with the real world and if we don't comply you start writing us up. 

Your company lacks communication from corporate to store level. Employees are always the last in the loop to know. 

I am fed up with this company and stepping up my education and saying good by to this cr--ap of a company.
