I've lost track of how many store managers I've worked along side with at my current location. We've probably had 10+ in a six year time frame. Staff is less than pleased with where the store is going and quitting or transferring out. I'm enacting my back up plan. I've given this company almost two decades of my life and for what? Nothing. Just a paycheck with a lot of shi--ty memories. Regardless of how much work you do, how much you kiss @$$ to management, nothing pleases them. I've had zero promotions and just get shoved in a role then toil away with little to no reward. No good deed goes unpunished at kroger and I am not kidding. I feel more like cattle more so now than ever. I hate to say it but kroger lost me. I was willing to work to retirement with this company too.
