Our department already short on staff... Our lead was forced on fmla for 12 weeks. Highly doubtful he will return upon completion. So, until then we get to be short staffed running on coal fumes and have to wait for corporate to decide if he will be able to return to work or not. So for the next 2 friggen months we will be without a manager in our department. Just when the store thought they found enough staff for our department it's back to square one. Running on life support.

That means more associates on their phones not working or paying attention and doing half ass work. Lol that department will be in shambles after one week
