Careful with over requesting days off with the new my time unless you want to screw over your hrs. I am accustomed to request 1-2 days a week off and I'm glad I only do 1-2 months at a time. I think I screwed over my hours with the new my time schedule. I am warning fellow staff to only request off what you need one request can ding your hrs as much as 20-30%.  Even with 90% open availablity. And this company wonders why it can't keep staff....
