Our hr rep will leave mid shift (approved) for a dr appt and come back several hrs later to finish her work shift. I thought split shifts were not allowed. Due to anything being in the middle being considered over time. She's been doing this for years and no one has called her out on this. It started out once or twice a mo now it seems to be a weekly thing. She's banking on the o.t. for split shifts. She knows the rules and does not work f.t. Her hrs are 20 hrs a week so there is zero reaosn she couldn't not do this in her free time.
Yet if one of us does 15 min o.t. we get called out and harassed for it. wtf? I think I got her on something and can use this against her if she continues to harass me about paper work I've been getting, updating then refuses to accept when I try to give them to her.
