Filing a union grievance soon if kroger can't fix my schedule.

Enough is enough. I've been fighting with the new schedule system (my time) only to encounter numerous glitches. I've had my days off honored then schedule a shift on those days. I've had issues of my schedule availablity being ignored. (Really mucked up spring quarter for me.) I've had issues of my shifts disappearing, ghost shifts not allowing me to sign in even though it clearly says I'm on schedule, now we're having issues of my schedule not being published by the mandator time. I've twice had to union grievance for not even being put on the schedule. Enough is enough. If my store is going to make me do this uncertainty game again they're getting a scheduling grievance. It is illegal to just not schedule someone.

For the most part management has been good working with me when this happens but if you can't be reliable I will store transfer. I am about the 8-10 yr mark and will consider a transfer soon if my store can't get it's sh---it together.

The only restriction I have is 7 am to 10 pm and that's valid for a lot of shifts. I've never not had an issue of them working with my day only schedule availablity requests. I know staff with tighter restrictions and they don't have to deal with this b.s.

Wrong. They can just put you to on call. They dont have to schedule you. Union cant help hahaha. Youre probably lazy asf and just stay on your phone your whole shift.

If you already had a days off honored, then simply don't show up. Just make sure you have proof of said days off approved if they TRY and write you up.
