When we are requested to come in early to our scheduled shift it is a bit of a b--itch to clock in early. It must be approved by management. It can be immediate or take all day or all week before approved. Sorry lead but I'm not coming in early any more. You need to coach/talk to the manager about what you want for our department schedule. I am tired of fighting to get full pay then being scolded about how "I can't do that" even when it was approved by both parties.
