I still havent given my number to him or anyone in the store besides two coworkers who are Pick up clerk and floral. Hes been hounding me about giving to him. It should be department manager and PIC giving you the call. I had seen Lead employee from Washington State be asking numbers for flirt and asking them to view their onlyfans ( "work related")
Be aware that if you give phone number out, they might harass you. I had been harassed by an PIC front end employee. I had blocked and reported the PIC. The PIC has quit the company in lieu of being terminated months later.
Just tell him even if he calls or texts, you won't respond. Besides, he can't call you into work without management approval anyway. So he really doesn't need your number.

You are not required to give your lead your phone number. There is an employee phone number list in each department that has this. They can get it from there.
