2.04 All hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day, forty (40) hours per week, Monday through Saturday, and between the hours of 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. shall be paid for at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) the regular contract scale.
We get paid by the minute now. I think kroger shot them selves in the foot on this one for o.t. They'll be complaining up a storm about 1 min o.t. because the damn app can't seem to work correctly half the time.
