How to Get an Employee Discount at Kroger?

HAI COMMUNITY,

I want to know about how to obtain an employee discount at Kroger. Are there specific requirements or processes to follow to get this discount? Any tips or information on eligibility and how to apply for it.

Thank You.

Have your Admin link your KrogerPlus card to indicate "employee"-that is how you get the discount. Employee can't do it themselves.

You can use my five finger discount. Just pick what you want take it off the shelf and eat or drink it.

Get a job and keep it.

You only get 10% off on store brand items. Kroger brands and simple truth brands. That's it. Now and then you will see special deals about 3-5 times a year on home goods. And that is actually a good time to go shopping at fred meyer for a few non food items. There are other deals you can get through kroger but they make it such a maze it deters a lot of people from doing them.

A lot of coworkers have discounted phone plans but through very limited sources.

Educational reimbursement. Which is misleading as it is only for candidates who intend on sticking with the company after done. So if you want to attend college just because then leave that's not how it works. I got denied twice because my "degree" did not qualify. I think it is more so because of my age being 40 and only having 10-12 yrs left (early retirement) of working before I step down to health insurance hours. Mean while any one who is 25 or less gets it asap. (ie age discrimination). They are also very particular what colleges you attend and what degrees you get as well. Not just anything applies. Unless you want office or technical skills don't bother with kroger tuition program. This bs is why I've had to pay out of pocket for my education. Why I can only afford classes every other quarter. Or 2 at a time until funds run low then rebuild and repeat. Why it has taken me 6 yrs to get an AA degree. One more class and I'm done. :)
