Stop skeleton-crewing your stores kroger!

I've been in grocery for 20+ yrs and more than half of that with kroger. I've never seen employee hours so low. Workers are exhausted, customer lines long, stores repeatedly reset to remove merch from shelves and push merch customers do not want... Workers are often under paid and the bs pulled on workers is increasing. It doesn't seem to matter what department you work in as kroger only wants to schedule minimum wage help and as few hours as possible. To profit the extra. I'm honestly sick of this dog and pony show. I'm no longer giving you 100% and going back to just doing the bare minimum to not get in trouble. Fu---ck this place!

Good work is not rewarded but punished. No good deed goes unpunished. Hard workers often get held back while the lazy affes get promoted. You're never given a please or thank you for your hard work. Union sets equal pay so the hardest worker gets paid the same as the laziest. The lazy workers get promoted over those that should deserve it. I can easily work through the ranks with other companies but not with kroger. Kroger just makes it's employees toil away same position for ever in a dead end pay check to pay check job. ...

The work is easy. Its gets so old and tiring hearing associates cry about ugh I have to actually work!? And yall get top dollar pay for the easy work yall get. Stay off the phones, stop taking 30 minute breaks and stop taking excessive restroom breaks. Customers see the lazyness and self loathing from associates. its just pathetic at this point.

Tasty bait.

Poverty wages mean a poverty of service.

Part time only.

Working here won't pay rent, so it's absolutely amazing that anyone shows up at all.

Many employees across different industries are experiencing similar challenges, especially in retail and grocery sectors where profit margins are often prioritized over employee well-being. krogarfeedback.org

Employees well being is fine. Everyone is feeding the human spirit. in fact the human spirit has never been so full

I've seen a few reddit posts and you can not tell me people come here as well. They mirrored my post.
