I've worked at Kroger for half a year and there is something I need my employee email for (SoFi) but I have never once been told it nor how to access it. How can I find it?
Unless you have an office position most people do not have it. Or they are assigned one but do not have a clue how to access it. Hell I had to file a grievance because my computer citrix privilege's got disabled and they gave me some bs about how your department says yes or no to having access to it. Total bull sh--it. They started harassing me about how shi---t wasn't gettig done and and to grievance to get it back. Because some dumb aff new manager disabled my whole damn account.
