I hate to say it but I'm going back to "calling out" once a month because the attendance policy allows us to do so. I have so much sick pay saved up I want to use it. I never get "sick" and want to take advantage of it before the "merge" goes through (if it does).  There is no point letting 3 weeks of unused sick pay go to waist. Sick pay I'll never see nor get to use. My state has a law that allows us to use sick pay on day one now so damit I'm taking advantage of it! Kroger can't do squat about it unless they change the sick policy.
