I have made it clear in my store I won't read any of the "gay" stuff. I am a devout Christian-and I certainly do not support DEI or equality

Damn, well I SUPPORT EQUALITY individual choices in sexual orientation. But, everyone has their own choices and as long as you do not TRY and force me to support your beliefs (it would NOT WORK at all) then it's fine.

The E in D.E.I. is for equity, not equality. Equity means equal outcome regardless of the effort put in. Everyone gets a trophy.

Shift from a daily wall of shame to a more positive, supportive system. Recognize and celebrate achievements without publically highlighting perceived failures. Account for varying work schedules and personal circumstances. Implement flexible targets that recognize part-time workers and those on vacation.
