I am putting my foot down on our lead trying to pencil in our shifts and scribble last minute schedule changes after it's been printed with little to not 48 hr notice of change. I have filed a union grievance before and I will do it again. In our esced training it says "Unless a shift was approved in esced you must work the original scheduled shift." Penciled in shifts are also a union violation of the scheduling practice rules. If you request me to work full time shifts but do not schedule me ft hours then that's on you. (As our lead is the one who writes the schedule.)
