If our lead wants a union grievance go for it keep penciling in shifts without our consent, continue to think restrictions for availablity are "options, get frustrated when you not see us at full time hours.. .yea go for it, I have no issue contacting the union. You tried to take away 4 of my vacations that were already approved and I am honestly sick of this game. You are heading towards a union grievance at this rate.
You have some rights to change the schedule but you're going way over board.
