I am so sick of courtesy just being lazy and refusing to fill the dispensers. These things are 80's tech and it isn't that difficult to fill them. It takes less than a minute to fill them correctly and there are pictures on the inside for how to fill them. No you people are lazy and just leave them on the counter. They get unsanitary and people start leaving hand prints on them that soak all the way through thus making them unsanitary to use. They start to get tossed around and fall onto the floor a lot.
It takes <30 seconds to fill the damn paper towel dispenser!
The same goes for the damn tp and seat covers as well. Don't just leave leave them on the toilet that's now how it works.

Nah well keep doing it how we please. Pay is better and well make a little more effort. its much faster just to drop them on the counter top or the floor even. People can just use their clothes to wipe or some ****

True. Even if you full the dispenser, towels and toilet paper can and will be tossed onto the floor.
Plus what if thr dispensers are busted? Courtesies are NOT maintainence and it is NOT our responsibilities to replace and install busted dispensers. Above our pay grade. The most I will do is say "we got busted dispensers in the male and female restrooms. The rest is up to them. I'll put tissue and paper towels in the counters/toilets. Whatever happens after that is not my concern. I've done my part
