I'm honestly ready to leave the store I've been at the last 7 yrs and move onto a bigger store. I am so sick of being the only active employee + lead. Our department can not keep staff and has high turn over. I'm honestly about ready to can this sh---it of a store and move to a bigger store that doesn't have staffing issues.

I work at a million dollar store. Trust me, they all have staffing issues. You can have ten people in your department, but when you need 20, you're short staffed.
