I've seen a few reddit posts regarding this topic. Ethics report is your best weapon.

My store we had a manager named sarah wreck havoc on our store and they terminated her after about 6-8 months. She started out okay but after a while her true colors started to show and she was just a bi--tch to the staff. We started filing union grievances and ethics reports against her. If enough is filed against them they can get terminated.
