It's just another excuse for a customer to get something for nothing!!
Given Kroger's woke policies, I question the use of the word, "everyone" in their slogan. It just sounds fishy. I guess, even though they don't mention them by name, they want to tell certain groups of people they can have fresh food too. They couldn't say something like, "Always fresh for you" or "Fresh everyday" No, it had to be "Fresh for everyone".
The training program is garbage. I've seen more new hires fired in the past couple of yrs because of the huge training drop before they switched to this garbage program. I do one question (not the whole segment) of the questions and spend 30 min doing it. 10 min of that dribble is just spent trying to log into the damn thing. I really don't give a sh---it about kroger's training program. Their training is all over the place, poorly structured and half the time it skips the info and just jumps you to the questions so you're going blind at it.
Fresh Start is crap. Many times the training modules have NOTHING to do with the Fuel Center. Why would I need to know what goes on in the Pharmacy when I have never worked there.
