Our fes gets on rants now and then and just narow focuses on the issue and that's all he can focus on. Some of his behaivor when he's on one of these rants is not for someone of his position. Kudos for management sending him home early. It's frustrating and annoying working with him when he gets like this because you never know what's going to set him off or if you'll get nipped at for requesting his assitance.
