Old store manager issues again... Highly considering a store transfer or job hunting next year.

Good lord, don't you love it when you transfer from say store a to store b to get away from a problem manager. Then the problem manager says "surprise I'm your store manager now." 12 yrs later. Then all the same dribble starts up again. Nope, I'm done. NOT dealing with this Fuc---ker again! I'll give him 4 mo as that's our average track record for our managers. If he's not out after that I'll consider plan b. 

Twice since he's come over he's thrown me under the bus or miss treated. Nope! Not doing this sh--it again. Already filed one grievance against him and if he does another shi--ty thing I'll file an ethics report. he knows I'm not afraid to use it. Yes, I know it's not a toy.

 Blaming a manager for your awful work ethics wont work. Every one knows associates are mostly garbage and just lie cheat and steal. Good on the manager for exposing the fraud you really are. stop victim blaming. Fraud!

 Lol, this happened to a comanager.  She pleaded to be transferred to another store to get away from an obnoxious store manager.  She got her wish and a few hours later, the store manager was unexpectedly transferred to the same store.  lol.

Reasonable troll thread.  Shorten the years claim and change up your style; it's too consistent.  Or have chatGPT do it for you.

Highly considering on filing a discrimination complaint against him. He's screwed me over multiple times on the schedule and not willing to work with me. He's starting to pull similar dribble that I had to deal with at my last store. Our store managers have a high turn over track record at this store. If he's not gone by feb I'm highly considering transfering. The thing is he's playing these quitting tactic games and if I quit he wins. Union isn't doing sh--it to stand up for me... I was happy in my new position and now he's making it hell.
