I am so sick of this company and decided it be time to move on from kroger. I finished my AA half of my degree recently and began working on the second half. By kroger reducing hours it is only encouraging me to move on from this crabby company. I can't live on 30 hrs a week. Due to good financial habits over the years I am not hurting as much as say someone living pay check to pay check and having to pick up hours at second store to make ends meet. I clearly should of left about year 10 to a new field but chose to stay longer well half of that was society repeatedly shutting down or I would have. I am capable of much more and kroger has clearly stated they will not let me do more than the role I'm assigned to and that's a huge downer.
