Another communication blunder failure about how the program I Am which is essential to change your pass code was changed. Kroger failed to inform employees about this technology change yet again. So they get employees complaining about how they can't change their pass code. This bs is why I'm fed up with this company.

You might have to do a search for it.  From a store computer: Click the start button to bring up the programs menu.  Type iam.
