We're all fed up with our department and store. The lead protects his favorite. Store manager protects his favs as well. I can't tell you how many shi--ty things I've seen staff get away with. 

Many of us are discriminated against while the two favs get to push all the o.t. they want. Make up the shifts they desire and continue to get away with bs like 3 twenty five min breaks. Always pushing it with the company limits knowing the union will protect them. The amount of lazy workers is ridiculous at my store. Much of the staff has ghost quit and some have pushed it even further than that seeing how long it will take them to get fired. We get ****--ty schedules and have to work at other stores or pt jobs to make ends meet. 

Management doesn't do sh--it about any of this and staff get a way with like a lot! 

Our union rep doesn't do sh00it about it and we're all sick of our hours being taken away by our lead and his fav pulling several hours of over time. We're sick of being hara--ssed about this or that and being chewed out over it. No, we're just done with the discrimination and hara--ssment. I've never before felt so discriminated against. 

Our store will have to refill our roles next year as we're sick of this bs and terrible treatment by this company. This company does not care about you at all. I'm tired of being berated into compliance while working a toxic environment. Corporate is nothing but a bunch of spinless bureaucrats that doesn't give two shi-ts about it's working class supporting the company. No, I'm done with this company.
