I am a volunteer worker for starers and am baffled how this company can treat its employees so poorly. It seems worse now than when i started 18 yrs ago. I'm honestly about ready to drop down to health insurance hours and find someone else. I have financial control and next job will have much more control over my time. I'm realizing it's more control of time over finances.
