We have a regular individual swing through 2-4 times a month to check in on things. Though they're not there long enough to catch the regulars. When I do see her I often tell her of problem people I see. Glad the store finally got one black family that had been stealing from us for years then they declared innocence even though we knew they were all guilty. The whole family got banned from the store for a year. Now none of them can even apply for a job with the company because their names are on the no hire list. Think twice your actions could karma catch up. It might start with candy or gum but then they get confident and try for higher.
How often does your store see Loss Prevention or do they just visit a store when there is a problem?

Dint know what customer z's are, but the ONLY time lp shows up is if it's a MAJOR theft. And the targets are associates. See some shoplifter walk out the door with hundreds of dollars worth of product? Let them go...
See an associate find and keep ONE dollar they found outside on the parking lot...do an investigation on them.
I work kroger and idgaf what associates do or what customers do. I keep to my own business, and do the job I am paid to do.
