I apologize if some of this offends people but reality is reality and there is no escaping it:
We had an issue where I worked with a black coworker who had issues (racism) towards whites and it took the company for ever to fire him. He was verbally harassive towards white women over 50 and it started to cross a line when massive customer complaints started rolling in. I also filed some complaints because he s tarted getting physically harassive and abusive towards the women in the company regardless of what race they were. Glad this racist aff hole no longer works for the company.
My old department lead is of color as well and they got a free pass for missing over 50% of their work shifts for one year. Instead of getting fired he ended up just getting a 1 week suspension for it. :/ If any of us tried that we would of had our a$$es fired after the second week.
I worked with a lady who had white skin, native language Russian, dressed like a black lady and behaved like one. If I did that I'd have my a$$ beaten up by the black folk in the area.
