She is dragging her feet filing a grievance complaint-even though I have documentation. (Probably because our store manager is b***k.) I left a message with someone at the UFCW main office. Has anyone here been able to get another Union rep to handle their complaint due to the ineffectiveness of the one assigned to your store?

You can't change the union rep because union rep are assigned. You could have someone else handle your conflict BUT it will TAKE A LONGER TIME just to solve your complaint/case. I had an union rep that neglected my concern and was promoted up the Union ladder. By the way, there's an facebook group that may have union rep expression their hatred about associates.
