You hired in someone that refused to do the job duties correctly, gave them zero training and expected them to excel, you kept rewarding them with unfair schedules to the rest of us, you kept treating them like they were a favorite... They sucked at doing all the job duties and only stocked. Failed to improve or even attempt at customer service. Now our lead is pissed we're down a person again because the closing shift is "cursed" and they can't keep any one long term in it. Because no one wants to do it. Now they're training everyone and telling everyone effective immediately we are rotating random scheduling you people so you need to know how to do "all" duties like it or not.
Today's another walk (5/16/25) and we'll see what deck of cards my company plays. Our closer got fired and they're letting me work closing shifts until filled or they work out the schedule. So temporary. If it wasn't for this offer I would of called out today after the way our lead harassed us on the last walk. If I get in and find out they're trying to write me up for covering a shift, I'm filing an ethics report. As this will be number 2 they tried to get something on me. Okay, that's singling out as our am opener is frequently late, is obviously not working before am staff arrives, milks the clock in o.t. and he continues to get away with it. No, this ends. I'll file ethics report on little things now. I try not to nuisance complain because it's like crying wolf and no one listens to you but on the major ones = yes!
