It's sad that I have to do this in this day because we're trying to expose my manager on something and if I'm correct it won't take more than 3 requests for things to expose him.
It sucks when you have to give a manager a note for ever little darn thing you want recognized. Little slime ball. Most managers, you verbally mention it and they happily if within reason comply to it. This current manager is quite the jerk and he can not refuse a paper trail. If we had generated a paper trail for the b.s. he was doing to us earlier in the year we could of file da grievance against him.
