Use your best judgement when voting but I highly urge people to vote no on the contract. Just because they reach a tentative agreement does not mean it is a good contract. I heard they're only giving us a $2 pay raise each year and it's not keeping up with inflation. Despite some additional language in there they're also removing a lot of rights as well. It is ridiculous that minimum wage is $10/hr lower than our jrnmany pay this is disgraceful for a pay raise. we should be above $30/hr this is despicable.
I warned you people to vote no. Don't come crying on these forms 6-8 months later when you realize some of the garbage you voted in. You people are too afraid to strike. Medical field stirkes to crabby contracts like this. The inflation don't even cover the wage gap to suggested pay raise. We should be above $30/hr and we're not even above $30/hr yet.
