We got them in our store and at our Fuel Center. Why did we need new time clocks? You can't check your total hours on the new ones
Since I've been with Kroger, I've used seven types of time clocks. The first one was actual timecards that you put in the time clock to stamp the time on it. The second one was digital, but all you had to do was put in your number. There was no in or out punches. The clock knew what type of punch it was. The third one had in/out shift, in/out break, and in/out lunch buttons. Number four was the one most people are familiar with one IN button and one OUT button. Number five was similar to number four but it had a fingerprint reader. Number six we went from a three digit clock number to a six digit clock number. Number seven is the touch screen one. The next one will be a retinal scanner like the one on N.C.I.S.
