It takes 5-7 days to reach your store's management. Someone from management will read it.

I filed on the store that I was trying to transfer to. Not the actual store I currently work at.
They investigate the claim or statement issued to them. Then they send a copy off to the store manager to inform them an investigation has begun. They might try to contact you to get a verbal statement. Worst case senecio it is a ding against the manager.
I file a lot of them. i don't care any more. I use to do union but starting in 2023 our union went from actively encaging with staff to it sucks. Now I just go straight to ethics with how damn slow the union is.
