The past year or two since our current store assigned a schedule writer, now everyone is getting fed up and filing massive complaints against her. She mucks up everyone's schedule and since she took over has just been copying the master schedule week to week. So the schedule has been essentially frozen in time for almost 2 yrs. The flow of business changes and the schedule is not adapting to it. Other coworkers are fed up with mucked up schedules and they've started voicing massive complaints regarding it. When she took over it was a combo of her and the store manager f'n up my schedule. Now 100% confirmed. Schedules are still unfairly written and hours all over the place distributed. So long as she gets her 40 hrs a week and the most senior staff of 20+ yrs get theirs; she couldn't care less about the rest of the staff. Since she got this extra job duty she's had her head in the clouds with extra power and everyone is getting sick of her attitude. I hope they give her the boot from schedule writing soon.
