  1. Secret Shoppers are instructed to over exaggerate
  2. Customers with bad mental health whom dump it on a company that values money
  3.  and the list goes on...

Original poster here: Check out the Publix X page. You don't see that kind of petty complaining like you do on Kroger's page

I got the okay to deny a fat black bi-tch customer service from here on out. Management knows about it as well and she started going too far her last visit. She clipped me rudely with her wheel chair. She speed off and spun towards me and in my mind that's a thousand percent intentional. If she gets pissy with me I'll just tell her the truth and she'll have to accept she's rude as hell to staff.

It doesn't help they pamper karens with "you will always be told yes" and also "You will always get your way" bs training. I'm transitioning out of this employment due to being fed up being treated this poorly by society. We have rights just the same as them and I don't know why but people target harass me from time to time and I'm just getting bleepen fed up wit hit.

Before a huge family move we use to work public and I enjoyed it, staff friendly, customers decent and not bitchy or rude. The area we moved to was kroger owned so we got the same union. Cost of living was higher and due to that I got a sizable pay increase. Now if I move outside of this county it will go down. While we needed the move for the family to be around other family; I'm regretting not letting this job go. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of finding a new one when I got there. So I applied and union internally transferred my seniority.

I think a lot of it also boils down to society not teaching ethics and moral values like they use to. 50 years ago people would have zero shame calling out bad behavior in people or youth. You'd be like called out asap if someone saw it and they'd blab and it would go around. People don't do that any more. I blame social media isolating people on their phones and making society to well forget how to be well people. I turn mine off and only allow my self a few short hours a day and on days off zero. You have to make the initiative to de-brainwash your self from those habits. Zero will zero way. The other factor is the behavioral patterns of videos people posting and the endless scrolling algorithm that brainwashes people into staring at technology longer.

Why do associates smell like sh-it? This is at mostly every Kroger. The low level sub human associates just dont practice good hygiene. Us customers are fatigued with it already.
