The secret shops are getting very annoying. They threaten 100 percent or else and it's getting old. My disability keeps making me miss marks on these things. I already filed multiple ethics reports on this subject in 2025 and if they make me try to sign anything I'm saying "No due do zero reasonable accommodations being allowed."

Same here in the Local 1996 area. I almost sued a manager for harassment and stalking. Kroger got wind of it and transferred her out. Karma bit her in the ass 3 months later when she was in a bad car wreck leaving a store and her car was totaled and she had to be cut out of the vehicle and was off work recovering for 3 months

You cant sue. If you cant perform the simple tasks of this job then they can terminate you. Kroger isnt really the place for retards who cant do the job.
