Company will not fire the employee for stealing. There's so much cameras within the store and employee has not been suspended and has not been fired. The older employee whom slap the accusations on an skinny employee  for theft when the real theft is an heavy weight employee. Why the manager pretending to be stupid when the theft occurred right infront of those 20/20 vision eyes?

 Its already common knowledge a majority of associates smell like sh-it and steal. I mean the customers steal and they dont do anything about it why should the workers get busted too? Just steal some stuff yourself everyone does it now a days. Plus its only stealing if youre caught

Ethics report them. I'm surprised they won't. It's immediate termination for theft. We even had a disabled low functioning autistic individual steal and he got fired for it. It took many months of investigation and several write ups to go through the proper termination process. So there was no if and or but about it. Even then they had to be careful. They fired him and made him pay back every dollar he stole. In lue of a misdemeanor placed on his record.

He didnt pay anything back at all. what a load of bull
