My coworker is a di--ck.... (Not you them)

I only put not you them because I know a lot of poeple will think this is directed to you and it's not. It's my one coworker being a di-ck.

He stole my shift, stole my hours and now trying to steal my am shift they shift changed me to. My shift only exists because of my restrictions other wise he'd have to start at 6/7 am like everyone else. If he gets it I'm moving foreword with an eeoc claim at that point because it is 100% discrimination at that point. No if and or but at that point. I have 2 decades with company he has 2 years. I'm over 40 and he is not. I'm disabled he is not. That will be the drawing point. If my coworker is reading this, you're suck a di-ck.

I highly doubt you'd be able to even do the morning position. Why? You only know how to do one thing and you're not that good at it. There's a lot of duties that you should be doing in the job but are not. You don't know how to use the hand held. You don't know how to do the stocking of the main area and refuse to even touch it. You don't rotate product and it's a mess we have to fix every three days. You are not adaptable to scheduling changes and kind of an Aff hole about it....

If my coworker boots me one more time I'm moving forward with an eeoc claim and transferring stores.

You really sound bitter and jealous. They probably have seniority over you and bumped you which is absolutely okay and just. Stop using this make believe disability as an excuse to take hours from others or secure a set schedule, not happening. The only Aff hole Im seeing in this situation is you. Take some time to reflect on yourself and do better for your coworkers
