Coworker injured and out for 3 weeks - I think it was self harm on the job. This wasn't the first time...

One day go to work and find out your coworker sustained an injury. Through stories you can tell the one thing they injured them selves on, is the one thing they'd have to shove their hand into and leave it there while the door slams shut. Same with the other two times they'd have to intentionally leave that what ever limb there then have the device slam down on it or let it cut or nick it. These ones off the clock the other one on the clock. This isn't the first time my coworker has been out with an injury and I'm doubting their stories are what they say they are. I feel my coworker is a self harm to self individual be it mentally intentional or not :/

I really hate the union and how they made the job so unlikeable that our company is scraping up individuals off the streets that have no smarts, talents, or lack the drive to do well anything. They bring in low bows, no bows, under educated individuals, sketchy folk, and people that are bottom of the barrel of society. Gen Z is damn lazy and doesn't want anything to do with using their brains and wants everything handed to them without much effort. Sorry, that's not how society works.

My current team is making me think twice about working with this company. I swear the contracts are an insult to those that would like to have more but can't for some reason. I'm really getting fed up with this company.

Glad the manager wrote her up finally for having incredibly high call outs and then breaking her finger 3 days after coming back from a 2 week cold. On something that was intentionally self harm be it unconscious or not. Then not telling the manager about it for 10 days.

Yea, I'd love to have 10 days off for a cold when most of us return to working mode after 4 days at most. Even if we hack and cough on everything.

I wouldn't be surprised if she did drugs. She disappears a lot and is gone for long strands of time. Calls out a lot and pretends to be working when we know she was off wondering around some where. She isn't helping the team by being a slacker or micromanager. She acts all mighty and in charge but isn't.

You can't tell me this isn't self harm for her. She injured her self on the one damn thing in the store where you'd have to literally shove your hand into the device running to injure your self with all the safety precautions around it. No she's not an idiot. I went to high school with someone who self harmed and these symptoms make me relive that class mate. I think she went into therapy about it but I never heard what happened to her after that.
