As it says on the title I have been offered a job at Kroger and I would like to move up in the company however on my application I stated that I never got fired from a job however I did couple years ago. I want to know how this will effect if I get management position at Kroger
Yes when you are hired into company for first time not for internal transfers. During covid yeras they paused them but they do them now and have for about 3-4 years. Many things in the back ground check deny people the option for the employment.
They are sometimes very careless, but the "background check" never ends. If the think you may be a cop or agent from a law firm or something it will be more thorough than the Secret Service is legally allowed to be. They will damage your reputation in the process. Kroger is a gang and maybe you should look elsewhere.
